MyDecaturGAPlease be advised that SeeClickFix will be performing system maintenance on Monday, November 23rd from 10:00 P.M to 12:00 A.M. This means that the MyDecaturGA mobile app and the web-based SeeClickFix request management system will likely experience an interruption in service.

If you find yourself needing to report an issue during that time, leave a voicemail message at 404-377-5571 and staff will assist you during regular business hours.

MyDecaturGA app to experience periodic outages this week

Please be advised that SeeClickFix will be performing system maintenance this week to apply patches to recently discovered security vulnerabilities. This means that the MyDecaturGA mobile app and the web-based SeeClickFix request management system will likely experience an interruption in service during the following times:

Tuesday, 10/20 from 3:00 to 3:30 a.m. and 9:00 to 10:30 p.m.
Wednesday, 10/21 from 3:00 to 3:30 a.m. and 11:00 to 11:30 p.m.
Thursday, 10/22 from 1:00 to 1:30 a.m. and 3:00 to 3:30 a.m.

If you find yourself needing to report an issue during those times, leave a voicemail message at 404-377-5571 and staff will assist you during regular business hours.
