-Santa on the Square is happening this Saturday, Nov. 30 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. You won’t want to miss his arrival on a Decatur fire truck to East Court Square! Come out to enjoy a fresh-baked cookie and your choice of milk or hot cocoa as well as get your picture taken! The event is free but reservations are requested so that we can be sure to have enough cookies, milk and cocoa for all. Register at www.freshtix.com/events/cookies–milk-with-santa-2-2!

-Don’t forget to participate in Small Business Saturday! “Shop Small” for gifts at City of Decatur businesses and then head to the tent on the square to get your purchases expertly gift-wrapped for free! Bring your retail receipts totaling $200 or more to the tent or the Decatur Visitors Center to receive a free $20 gift certificate from one of many local restaurants.

Grill will host a dine out for the Center for Black Women’s Wellness on Tuesday, Nov. 26 from 5-10 p.m. A portion of the evening’s proceeds will be donated to the Center, which provides clinical and financial wellness services to over 3,000 women and men each year.
