After openings its doors a couple of months ago, Sammiches N’ Stuff, located below Eddie’s Attic, has gone live with its website. You can check out their menu (I personally love all their breakfast sammiches), place a catering order and best of all, place an individual order online here. Sammiches N’ Stuff is currently offering a 10 percent discount on all online orders. The eatery will also be open on weekends starting this Saturday.

About four times a year the Community and Economic Development department hosts a Retail and Restaurant meeting for our local shop and food business owners. Topics of discussion usually include local economic updates, print ad campaigns, parking issues, events and festivals, upcoming sales and specials, window displays, shoplifting prevention and anything else that might be relevant to our local independent business owners.

On Tuesday, Nathalie’s Fish House graciously opened their doors early for us and hosted the spring Retail and Restaurant Meeting. Owner Nathalie Hanlet (the back of her head is pictured above) even brought in her chef to make us delicious egg and cheese biscuits AND brew us a fresh pot of coffee. So I want to give a big shout out to Nathalie and Chef Greg for treating us so well. I’m sure I’ll be back at Nathalie’s Fish House soon for my seared tuna and fried plantain fix!

Even though Harris owns shops in other areas of town, he is a great local community member and always seems to be hanging out Decatur. In the feature, he gives a shout out to Rockit for being his favorite store – located just across the MARTA plaza on the square.

Check out his other outfits and photos of his extensive watch collection here.
