We would like to thank Literacy Action staff and current ESL students for visiting us and touring the police department as part of course work focusing on government and community resources. Taking a tour of the police department gives you the opportunity to meet staff and see the various parts of the facility such as the 911 Center, patrol roll call room, evidence packaging, sallyport, holding cells, interview rooms, the courtroom and training room. Taking the tour also gives you the chance to learn about the various functions of police department staff and to ask questions.
If you have a community group or class that would like to take a tour of the police department, please contact Lt. Jennifer Ross.
