The City of Decatur is one of only ELEVEN finalists (and the only city) for the Atlanta Magazine 2015 Groundbreaker of the Year award. The theme for this year is “Building (and Rebuilding) a Better Place to Live” and Decatur was selected for its commitment to sustainability in all aspects of community.
