This Saturday the Decatur Business Association is pleased to welcome Roxie Watson back to the Community Bandstand for what is sure to be an awesome Bluegrass concert. And what is better than a free outdoor concert with all of your friends and neighbors? FIREWORKS! That’s right, this Saturday the City of Decatur will be making up our rained-out 4th of July fireworks show. The show should begin around 9:15 or so-immediately following the concert.
Just a few logistics for you- E. Court Square and N. McDonough Street will remain open, however Trinity will be closed from N. McDonough down to Commerce. Parts of Commerce and the parking lot at SunTrust & Cook’s Warehouse will also be closed from 7:00 until the Fireworks are over. The DeKalb County parking deck will be open for people to park- just not on the top two levels. If you park there, allow plenty of time after the fireworks before you will be able to exit the garage.
