Please note that there is a winner in the 400 block of Sycamore St (Historic Old Decatur) and another in the 400 block of Sycamore Dr (Decatur Heights). Also, the “neighbors” above are on W Hill St. It would be very helpful to include not only correct and full address info but to place all of these in order from one side of town to another.
