The consultants have finished the photo survey portion of the Historic Resource Survey. I thought I’d share some photos of what they discovered.
They say that every man or woman’s home is their castle. These lucky folks are livin’ the dream.
Not all Bungalows look alike. This unique house has some really great architectural elements.
This is a fabulous historic duplex.
Houses come in all shapes and sizes. This one is really fun.
Okay, this has to be one of the nicest mailboxes I’ve ever seen. No, we’re not counting it in our inventory, but it was too cool not to take a picture of it.

I have always loved the “castle house”…one of my favorites in Decatur

This house is very original and was built in 1900. It looks very similiar to houses built in Sarasota, Florida during the same time period.
