October’s “Eat Well Indie-Catur Campaign” starts today. Active Living and the Decatur Visitor’s Center teamed up with local restaurants for this month-long promotion. Diners who eat three healthy entrees on any of the five Tuesdays in October will be rewarded with a recipe collection.
How does it work?
1) Visit a participating restaurant on any Tuesday in October (Cakes & Ale, Café Lily, The Corner Pub, Leon’s, Steinbecks, Twains, Colbeh, Parker’s on Ponce, Universal Joint and Sapori di Napoli).
2) Order the featured healthy entree.
3) Get your “Eat Well Indie-Catur” card signed (Cards are available at participating restaurants and at the Decatur Visitor’s Center).
4) Repeat two more times to earn the Indie-Catur Recipe Collections.

Heather from Leon’s Full Service writes in that Leon’s is now open for lunch every day at 11:30 am except for Mondays. I am looking forward to having a great lunch, but the problem is deciding what I want to eat. There are so many great selections.
