Real smart, Decatur. It’s 11:30 p.m. and my kid is screaming because my house sounds like it’s in the middle of a construction site. Would have been nice if someone at the City said “hey, maybe we shouldn’t allow the operation of heavy machinery when people are trying to sleep.”
What is going on just before traffic light at midway and candler. There has been construction noise from 1:00a.m. Until now. My sleep has been dis rusted. Surely concrete is not being poured at this ungodly hour. What is the ordinance that should be complied. Please respond.
