It’s hard to believe that Thanksgiving is just around the corner. Didn’t Terrific Thursdays just start? Well, yes. This week will be the second Terrific Thursdays in November. The third Terrific Thursdays will be Thursday, Nov. 29 in conjunction with the Little Shop of Stories Tree Lighting. But, we’re getting ahead of ourselves.
This Thursday we have over 35 participating shops and restaurants giving out specials and delicious treats. Plus, there were be an art performance on the square!
We’ve already had a couple of people bring in $200 worth of receipts from local Decatur shops. Remember, you can get a $20 gift card to a local restaurant if you bring in your receipts (details here). We still have gift cards from Chick-Fil-A, Farm Burger, Leon’s Full Service, Cafe Lily, Parker’s on Ponce, Wahoo! Grill, The Yogurt Tap (only one left!), The Square Pub and Universal Joint.
Feel free to park in the DeKalb County Courthouse deck at the corner of Commerce and Trinity Place if you’re not walking or MARTA-ing to Decatur this Thursday. It’s free to park in that deck after 5 p.m.
