Have you ever hoped to have your artwork seen by thousands of people? Here is your opportunity! The Decatur Green Fest, hosted by the Dogwood Alliance, will be held on May 2, 2009 and is holding a contest for the design of the festival poster.
Decatur Green Fest, held on the Old Courthouse Square in downtown Decatur, will have free musical entertainment all afternoon ending with the first May Concert on the Square. The festival features local organic food, beer and showcases Equal Exchange fair traded products (like the yummy chocolate pictured to the left) as well as artists who create using recycled materials. There will also be activities for the children.
